This full-bodied Zinfandel has dark berry fruit flavors, followed by accents of baked dark cherries and currents, with mediul plus tannins. A fruit profile that lingers on the tongue and finishes with cracked black pepper. Pot Roast, Beef Bourguignon, Roast Pork Loin, Rotisserie Chicken & Fireside Chats. 

Cabernet Franc is one of the major black grape varieties worldwide. It is principally grown for blending with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the Bordeaux style (we call ours the Nobel Cuvee), but can also be a gorgeous stand alone varietal.  This one will not last!

We first made this blend over 14 years ago and decided to bring it back with a slight twist... This wine boasts gorgeous fruit, slight acidity, plush tannins and a nice lingering finish. Primarily Syrah and finished with Petite Sirah a hint of Mourvedre, and with this vintage some Carignane for complex structure.
